Affiliate Marketer & Founder of AntiWrinkleHandbook.com

Your Affiliate Link

The "Anti-Wrinkle Handbook" affiliate program is processed through ClickBank, so you will need to have an active ClickBank account to start earning money (It only takes a couple minutes to sign up, if you haven't already).

Once you have a ClickBank account, you will have a username, or "ClickBank ID", which will be used to track your affiliate commissions. NOTE: if you do not use the ID associated with your account, you will NOT get any sales!

Alright, this is what your 'hoplink' (affiliate link) will look like:

Remember to replace YOURCBID with your actual ClickBank username! (Feel free to copy & paste from the box!)

When someone clicks on this hoplink, they will be taken to AntiWrinkleHandbook.com, and a cookie will be placed on their computer. The cookie lasts for 90 days (or until they delete it), so you will get credit for the sale when they buy, even if it's 10 or 12 weeks AFTER they clicked your link!

NOTE: The best way to check to make sure your affiliate link is working properly is to test it by typing it into your browser, then scrolling down, clicking the order button, then making sure the bottom of the ClickBank order page has [Affiliate=YOURCBID]. (With your actual CB username, of course.)

To protect your commissions and increase conversions due to trusting visitors, I coded the site to keep from displaying the affiliate username in the browser bar.

So if you're used to seeing '?hop=...' at the end of the URL after you go through your link, don't worry: it's for your protection! (Just be sure to check it by going through the order process as described above.)

Text Links & HTML Code Tips

Ready to get started building your online empire (or adding to it)? Great! :-)

The best way to use your affiliate link to pull in sales is to link a word or phrase through it, like this:

"Check out the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook to prevent & reduce wrinkles to look and feel young for years to come!"

The word or phrase you use to link out is called "anchor text".

(Feel free to skip this section if you already know how to do this, but bare with me, because I have some cool HTML tricks that can boost your profits with little effort in this section, too!)

Click here to [Show/Hide] the HTML tips section!

Ever wonder how people make the words link to whatever they want? It's easy:

Feel free to copy & paste from the above text box, and change the wording to whatever you like!

In order to link visitors through words, or anchor text, instead of placing your plain affiliate link in sight (some people might be suspicious of the strange-looking link), you just have to include this code:

The code above will work linking to any URL, so it's good to get creative like the 1st linking example in this section.

Now, you might have noticed that I said something about customers being suspicious when they see your affiliate link. While I believe it has bceom less common lately, there are still people out there who will avoid clicking on links that don't look familiar, so this is something to consider. Also, some people that know how affiliate marketing works will replace your ID with theirs, so they get credit instead of you!

Thankfully, there are multiple ways to prevent this:

Affiliate Link Cloaking: Method #1 - TinyURL

This is the quick and easy way to 'cloak' your affiliate link, and many people are using this site on blogs, so it's already pretty common, bu ttypically for more tech-savvy markets.

"How do I use TinyURL to cloak my links?" I'm glad you asked...

1) Simply go to TinyURL.com

2) Enter your affiliate link in the box

3) Click the "Make TinyURL!" button, and it will give you a very short URL that will 'redirect' through your affiliate link, giving you credit for the sale! It's that easy...Now, you can use that link whenever you like to earn commissions!

Affiliate Link Cloaking: Method #2 - PHP Code

This method is slightly more difficult, and it requres that you have your own hosting and domain name, but it's VERY worth it if you want to customize your links to increase click-throughs and conversion rates (and who doesn't?).

=================================================================================

NOTE: If you don't have hosting and your own domain name(s), you're missing out on a LOT of profits! There are waaaaay more promotional methods you can use with your own domain names, and they're so cheap nowadays that it's just not worth it to try and avoid it altogether.

Ex. I have Host Gator for web hosting, and I use Name Cheap for domain names. I LOVE both of these services, and I only pay $9.95/month to host unlimited websites, and $8.41/year for each domain name! Try setting up a "mom and pop corner shop" for that cheap...Man, I love affiliate marketing! =)

Also, if you don't have hosting or your own domain names, I recommend you download my "How to Setup Your First Website" ebook. It's 100% free for my affiliates, and it will walk you through the entire process of setting up your web hosting and registering your own domain names.

=================================================================================

Once you have your own domain name, you can make some killer links that will convert your visitors at a much higher rate, meaning more commissions for you, with barely any extra effort!

Here's how:

1) Open up your favorite Text editor (e.g. Notepad on PC or Text Edit on Mac)

2) Copy/paste the code from this text box into the text file:

3) Change 'YOURCBID' to your actual ClickBank username (This works with any URL; Just replace the ClickBank hoplink with the URL you want to redirect to, and it will work just fine.)

4) Save the file as index.php

5) Upload the file in the folder that you want to link through (e.g. Say I wanted to link to Google with a PHP redirect link, and I wanted to say I recommend Google to get my visitors to clearly see my opinion from the link in the bottom of their browser, or even in the open without anchor text. I would create a folder called 'recommends' (without the ' ') for all of my recommended links. Then, I would create a folder, for this example, calle google, and put the index.php file in that folder, then upload it to my domain with FTP.

Now, I can use http://antiwrinklehandbook.com/recommends/google, and this link will redirect you to Google.com!

One last thing: if you want to use cloaked redirect links with anchor text, it's just as easy as combining the two techniques above, like so:

Oh yeah, and another cool thing about the code above is that this link will open in a new window/tab, which is useful if you want to keep people on your page to give yourself another chance to make money even if they decide to close the tab!

Please let me know if there's anything else you need clarification on with your affiliate link...

Banners

Banners can be a very effective way to grab the visitor's attention and get a click through your affiliate link, which can result in some easy commissions.

However, they have been overused in the past 2-3 years or so, and people have developed what some marketers call "ad blindness". Because of this, I highly recommend using them strategically. For example, insert a banner after the "punch line" in a squidoo lens when you're reviewing the product. Or, simply place the banner in the sidebar of your blog, but link it to a post where you review the product, instead of just linking straight to the sales page.

These minor tweaks can make all the difference between pulling in 1 sale/month or 1 sale/day!

Click here to [Show/Hide] the Animated Banners!

Simply copy/paste the HTML code from the text boxes below to put the banners on your pages. (Remember to change YOURCBID to your actual ClickBank username!)

Some marketers prefer "static" banners, because they do not distract the visitor from the content, but rather draw attention with images & text. This typically means the majority of the clicks through them are somewhat filtered down to the people that might be interested in the offer, as opposed to just being curious about the animated banner itself.

While animated banners are still quite effective, feel free to use the static banners below if you prefer...

Articles

The content below is provided to you for one purpose: to save you valuable time when promoting the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook. Many marketers say "content is king", because information is the basis of the Internet. Without content, we couldn't be affiliate marketers and live the dream lifestyle with no boss! Ahhh...I love the information age. =)

Well, it's a wonderful idea to branch out to different niches to "diversify your portfolio" and keep from putting all of your eggs in one basket. But, it can be tough when you don't know much about the topic you're promoting. And, even if you do know a lot about the niche, it's nice to have a foundation of content to give you ideas and take care of the extra research for you.

The following links will open in a new window, and provide you with content to use on blogs, in Squidoo lenses, or even to give you ideas to work with for submitting articles to directories.

I will be adding more articles over time, and whenever I do I will email you to let you know.

NOTE: Though these articles were created just for affiliates of this program, you will NOT get the best results if you just use the content on article directories as they are. I still wrote all the content, so they will be rejected from directories since the articles are already submitted to sites across the Internet.

However, I highly recommend you quickly rewrite the articles and submit them to directories like EzineArticles.com, GoArticles.com & ArticleDashboard.com. This is a very quick and easy way to start racking up commissions over time.

Take time to make the articles you submit your own, and high-quality. Spend 5-15 minutes rewriting the articles a bit before you submit them to directories, putting them on your blogs, or adding them to Squidoo lenses. You will see tremendous benefit by doing things this way.

Click here to download a .zip folder with 20 articles, including 2 rewritten versions and sample presells for each!

Remember to rewrite the articles before using them for article directories! These articles should give you a foundation to work with for your blogs & Squidoo lenses, which are excellent ways to build residual commissions...[hint hint]

NOTE: The vast majority of article directories do NOT allow affiliate links in article bios, so the best way I've found to get around this (while boosting conversions) is to create one pre-sell page on Squidoo or a free blog, and send the traffic from all of your articles to the pre-sell page. This will give your readers a better idea of the product, then they'll be more apt to buy through your link!

Keywords

Organic Keywords (Traffic from Search Engine Rankings, Article Directories & Social Sites, etc.)

The following keywords are all terms that can be used for articles, blog posts, Squidoo lenses or content for mini-sites promoting the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook. Some of them will require a unique twist/strategy to tie the product in, but this is a fantastic way to give people that are doing research an alternate method they may not have thought of (by telling them there's a better way than what they were searching for).

For example: "botox injections for wrinkles" - An excellent way to pr-sell the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook would be to do some research to find disadvantages to getting botox, then explain toward the end of your content how it is much safer to use natural techniques. Lastly, in the bio, tell them to check out the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook, a comprehensive guide that includes tons of all-natural methods for reducing wrinkles and looking young.

See how this would benefit the reader, AND help you make money? There are literally an infinite number of keywords out there that affiliates overlook, because they're not willing to take a few extra minutes to see it from the visitors' perspective. They are searching for an answer: give them the best answer you know of, and they will reward you by buying products through your link!

Keep this in mind with the ' anti-wrinkle cream' keywords, too. TONS of people look for creams, and you can write content & pre-sells explaining how they might not need creams (and why). Then, proceed to explain to them how the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook breaks down multiple all-natural methods for reducing wrinkles, PLUS it includes a bonus guide on wrinkle cream ingredients to help them decide on the best cream for their skin type (some people just have to use a cream for their sanity!)...=)

Click here to [Show/Hide] the Keyword List!

This is a list I was able to find with the tools I mention below in about 30 minutes total. This is by no means ALL of the great terms to work with, but it should get you started:

Many of these keywords are VERY easy to get ranked in the top 10 of Google & Yahoo!, simply by writing targeted articles or Squidoo lenses based around them. I recommend filtering the list down to the ones you can come up with a solid pre-sell strategy for. Then, do them each one at a time to get ranked for a bunch of terms and bring in residual commissions for years to come!

If you're looking for more keywords to boost your promotions with free traffic, I recommend using 3 keyword research tools. For research based on advertising competition or quick analysis, use the Google Keyword Tool. For less detailed research that includes the "results" in Google for each term, check out WordTracker's GTrends tool. For really digging deep into niches to uncover great terms for easy profits, use Micro Niche Finder.

Advertising Tips

Advertising opens up a WORLD of new opportunities for affiliate marketers, and PPC (Pay Per Click) is the best form of advertising ever! A bold statement, I know, but hear me out if you'd like to know more:

With PPC advertising, you can precisely target our customers with keywords they type in (or words they read on websites that advertise with Google or Yahoo! ads. I recommend starting out with Google Adwords first, because they do not manually approve ads, which means your ads will be running within 10 minutes of creation. Plus, most people agree that Google's system has better features, and Google gets something like double the traffic (don't quote me on that; just recognize that it's more...) that Yahoo! gets.

Another advantage to PPC advertising is that it is more stable & consistent. I have found that many of my articles & webpages that rank in the Search Engines tend to slip off the first page and lose almost all of their traffic randomly, which means I don't make as much money. With advertising, you can count on getting the traffic, and it will come from the people you want it to on a regular basis!

Point being: If you're willing to spend some money on advertising, you can setup dozens of residual income (profit) streams, and continue to build your online empire over time.

That said, I will tell you that I am NOT a PPC guru. I have done my fair share of testing with PPC, and I'm getting better all the time, but I do not want to give you the impression that I'm a jack of all trades, because no one is. =)

Anyway, after learning from some great people at the Wealthy Affiliate University, and buying my fair share of Adwords learning material, these are my tips for PPC advertising:

  • Focus on relevance, above all else: give the visitor EXACTLY what they are looking for!
  • Quality Score is an algorithm that Google uses to rank ads. Your bid & Quality Score are what determine how high you're ranked for a search term. So, if you're highly relevant, you'll be ranked higher, but paying less.
  • Do NOT write ads to be clever, witty, or funny! Write ads to drive targeted traffic to helpful, relevant webpages.
  • The Headline is the most important part of your ad. Don't just attract the click, though..
  • ...discuss the benefits of your offer in the ad copy (2 lines can say a LOT).
  • Give the searcher a call to action like "Learn how to..." or "Find out more..."
  • Use numbers that will provide proof (within reason) and help them decide if your ad is what they're looking for.
  • Always create one ad that you think is perfect, then create a 2nd ad to test against it by chaning ONE thing.
  • Set your campaign to rotate evenly through ads (NOT show better performing ads more often).
  • Select major English-speaking countries (U.S., U.K., Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, Canada & South Africa) to start, then try branching out to other countries to boost traffic once it's working.
  • Set a daily budget that's reasonable for your goals, but know this: Google will not display your ads throughout the day if your daily budget is met. Start smaller, like $5-$10, then increase it if it's working.
  • Have a clear goal for every keyword you use in your campaigns.
  • Break your keywords into very tight, common-keyword adgroups to increase relevancy!
  • Focus on the visitor, and be as helpful & relevant as possible! (It's worth saying twice...)

For a much more comprehensive guide on Adwords for beginners, I highly recommend "Beating Adwords". If you want to step up your game and get really good at writing ad copy that pulls in the profitable clicks, I would check out "Adwords Miracle". I have purchased...[checking computer]...19 ebooks on Adwords, and the only two that I would recommend for generally improving your PPC advertising skills are "Beating Adwords" & "Adwords Miracle".

Affiliate Training

The following strategies are methods I use as an affiliate to setup residual income streams, and I want to pass them along to you. You've probably heard of some or all of them, but I feel like I put a unique twist on some common knowledge from my experience.

Click on the name of the strategy to reveal it...

"Bum Marketing" (Articles)

"Bum Marketing" is a term coined by a cool guy by the name of Travis Sago. I met him in the forums at Wealthy Affiliate, and the idea is this: find keywords that could result in sales with a simple pre-sell that you could get ranked in the searcg engines for, and write articles based around the keywords. Then, insert links to pre-sell pages on blogs or Squidoo lenses in the article bios to get traffic & boost rankings and earn affiliate commissions!

Travis called it Bum Marketing because the idea is that it's free and easy enough that he could pull a bum off the street and teach them how to do it...(His wife Jeanie thought of the name.) :-)

I highly recommend giving this a shot with the keywords above (and more you find on your own), focusing on quality, then quantity. The key is to uphold a quality standard with each one, treating it as if it were your entire business. Make it really good, and it will make you money for years! Then, repicate by cranking out as many as you can. This is a great way to make money, but keep in mind that it can take weeks to start seeing commissions, and you have to keep cranking articles out in order to really see the commissions pour in.

Squidoo (Social Network Marketing)

I absolutely LOVE Squidoo. It's a crazy-simple website that allows you to create little pages called "lenses" around micro-topics. You can ad "modules" for writing content, YouTube videos, pictures and more, without any programming (except your HTML links & maybe sme simpe HTML techniques).

I have setup tons of Squidoo lenses, on all sorts of topics, and I have some that bring in $200+ every month without touching them, just from free search engine traffic!

If you can focus really hard on ONE aspect of a niche, and give a good amount of content along with a solid, non-salesy pre-sell, you WILL bank from Squidoo!

Here's my general template for modules:

- Intro (Introduce topic, include what you want displayed in Google on the 1st line)

- Text/Write Module (Useful content to get them interested)

- Poll (Polls get them engaged & let them interact to keep them reading)

- Text/Write Module (Introduce your offer, without putting the hard sale on)

- Video or Text List (Show them more benefits, and keep then interested in case they didn't pay attention to the offer)

- Text/Write module (More useful content that includes HTML links to your offer)

- Text/Write module (Give one last hard pre-sell for the offer)

Also: always use 'target="_new" in your HTML links so people will leave your page in a new window! This will allow them to come back if they close the page to keep reading, which could mean they'll read something else and change their mind to buy, or they might click on an ad on your page which makes you money directly from Squidoo!

Blogging

Blogs have exploded in popularity in the last few years, with good reason. They're extremely easy to setup & manage, and they can bring in crazy traffic from the Search Engines. I recommend you use WordPress for your blogs, because it allows you to host your blog on your own domain, and they have more features and benefits due to a large set of plugins. (Many of which are made to automate tasks for marketers...)

The methods I use for blogging include:

1) Simply copy/paste the articles I provide to you into a WordPress blog, and add your own touch to each one (just quickly reword them) along with a pre-sell of the product at the end. Put a banner with your link in the sidebar or in each post, too. You can also create one pre-sell page that reviews the product, and link all of the articles & banners to that page. That way, all of the visitors that go though your affiliate link will be pre-sold first!

2) Use your blog to boost your Squidoo lenses! Create a network of Squidoo lenses around sub-topics for anti-aging, and include an RSS module for each one. Use the RSS feed for a blog you setup by inserting the content I provide to you. Be sure to use Time Stamp to spread out the posts, and this will keep your Squidoo lenses changing over time! Simply review the product on one lens/post, and link everything to that pre-sell page. Also, include more targeted pre-sells throughout each post/lens to increase sales.

Both of these methods can make you a TON of money. Pick the one you like best, and follow through with it!

PPC Advertising

When advertising, it's a good idea to follow the same principles as above by creating targeted landing pages that focus on each individual keyword, or common keyword clusters.

To be honest: in this market, PPC can be pretty expensive. But, it's pretty easy to bring in HUGE profits if you stick to the following formula:

1) Buy a domain name for a mini-site (Something like KylesAntiAgingTips.com)

2) Create a Privacy Policy, a Disclaimer & a Contact page, and save a template page with all of their links at the bottom

3) Find highly-targeted search terms on Google that get a decent number of searches each month, and break them up into tight adgroups. (Only keep the ones that you can think of a pre-sell strategy for, and can get a 4-6 position with a Max CPC of $0.30 or less. (This varies tremendously with Quality Score, so feel free to get a better idea with this Max CPC calculator.)

4) Write/outsource an article based on each adgroup's common keyword(s). Wrap it up w/ a targeted pre-sell!

5) Create a highly-relevant ad that provokes curiousity for each adgroup, and setup another ad to test against it that only changes the headline or one thing in the ad copy. Continue to test & improve your ads, keywords & bids.

By setting up a mini-site that promotes the Anti-Wrinkle Handbook to extremely targeted people and focusing on their particular questions with useful content, you'll see some great results. The key here, is to use the same principles as in article marketing: get them interested, keep them hooked, THEN deliver the solution to them with your link.

Also: make sure to keep your Content & Search campaigns separate! If you want to advertise on the Content network (which I highly recommend!), be sure to think of things differently: people need to see something that catches their eye while they're reading something on a website, then go to a page that delivers what it said it delivers.

This simple step-by-step system works really well, but it does take some work. I recommend you give it a shot if you have some web design knolwedge, and can afford to lose some money upfront while testing & tweaking your campaign.

For more detailed tips on PPC advertising, see the Advertising Tips section.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the strategies above, or if there any other methods you would like me to add to this section. Also, be sure to open any emails you get from me, becaue I will let you know when I add more training, along with images, content, tips & resources!

Top Affiliate Resources

Affiliate Marketing Membership Site: The Wealthy Affiliate University

Wealthy Affiliate is the site that taught me just about everything I know about being a successful affiliate, and it's actually FUN to be a member. I've made TONS of friends from the community, and I love learning & teaching whenever I feel like it. It's great to have other people that understand my passion for making money online, right at my fingertips.

It's only $39/month ($29.99/month if paid yearly), which is incredibly cheap compared to the $497 home study courses and $97/month membership sites floating around out there.

The best part is, they offer everything from keyword research tools, to landing page generators, to detailed marketing tutorials, to perfect networking in the most comprehensive forum I've ever been a part of!

You will LOVE being a member, and you'll learn enough to make back your investment 100 fold...every month! It will keep you motivated, keep you on track, keep you learning, AND keep you up to date on the latest methods for dominating the affiliate scene.

Check out WealthyAffiliate.com to learn more & see why it's the coolest affiliate marketing training site ever...

Web Hosting: Host Gator

After scouring the Internet for reviews on web hosting, talking to friends, and eventually trying a couple different options out myself, I have come to the conclusion that Host Gator is perfect for affiliate marketers:

They have unbelievably helpful customer support, that's available 24/7, they use cPanel which is jam-packed with features, they have Fantastico (which allows you to install blogs, forums and other cool stuff on your sites with the push of a button), and you can host unlimited domain names for $9.95/month!

If you want to have your own websites to promote products with, get Host Gator. You'll be glad you did...(Want step-by-step help setting things up? Download my 100% FREE ebook to help you through the process...)

List-Building/Autoresponder Email Service: AWeber

"The money is in the list." If you've been around for a while, you've probably heard this one. Marketers have come to the conclusion that getting people to opt-in to a targeted list of names & email addresses allows you to develop a relationship with them, and thus earn money from them over and over.

There are plenty of services out there that automate the process by allowing you to setup "Autoresponder Courses", meaning you input the messages once, and everyone who signs up receives the course in that exact order, with the time interval you choose! It's amazing really, and helps a TON, even as an affiliate, especially in niches you know well.

If you want to start building a list in a niche you are passionate about, I highly recommend using AWeber. They're the biggest email marketing service arond, and with good reason. They've been around the longest, they have the best features, and their pricing is reasonable.

Review Site Templates: ReviewSiteTemplates.com

As an affiliate marketer, there are many times you'll find yourself comparing multiple products review-style to promote products. This is a tried & true method for raking in commissions, because it gives the visitor something to base their decision on, and makes them more comfortable with their choice.

Well, it can be tough designing your own review pages, so why not pay $17 one time for some killer optimized review site templates, to use on all of your review sites, made by a professional graphics designer?!

Check out ReviewSiteTemplates.com to get your hands on these templates, along with some cool graphics to spruce up your pages, 500 niche review keywords to get started, and a software program that makes redirect links.

Website Builders/HTML Editors:

Well, as an online entrepreneur, you're bound to need an HTML editro for web design at some point. Here are my recommendations for web design software:

1) Dreamweaver - the best of the best, this is the program I use now, but it's expensive.

2) X Site Pro - Designed specifically for Internet Marketers by an Internet Marketer, this software is amazingly easy to use, is jam-packed with helpful features to speed things up, and is a LOT cheaper than Dreamweaver.

3) NVU - If you don't want to spend any money on an HTML editor yet, this is the program I recommend.

Keyword Research Tools:

I'll admit: I'm a stats guy. I was going to be a Systems Engineer (until I found out about affiliate marketing, of course!), and I took 12 statistics-based courses in college! Anyway, I was somewhat obsessed with keyword research at the beginning, to the tune of buying 3 keyword research software programs! Well, $250 later, I wasn't getting anywhere. I was wasting waaaaay too much time worrying about what terms to target, andnot taking action.

However, the Internet thrives on keywords, and it's important to be able to perform quick, reasonable research:

1) Google keyword tool - From the biggest Search Engine in the World, this tool is great. It provides fairly accurate results, and gives wonderful lateral searches (synonyms) to spark ideas. HINT: Try using the 'by Website Content" option, to find out what keywords Google feels are important for the sites you promote. Also, show the "Estimated Ad Position" & Estimated Average CPC" to see how much people are willing to pay for keywords. If advertisers are willing to pay a lot for a keyword ($0.50+), it's probably because it's profitable...

2) WordTracker GTrends - Many people will tell you when you first start out to look for terms that are "easy to get ranked for". Well, this is the basis for "Bum Marketing", and it works. But how do you know? Well, you can type each keyword you find into Google with quotes around it ("my keyword"), and see how many results Google shows. The lower number of results it shows in the upper-right corner, the easier it will be. Fortunately, there's any easier way to find this, all while you're finding keywords! Check out this tool to see what I mean...

3) If I could recommend just one keyword research software tool to pay for, specifically for affiliate marketers, I would recommend the only one I use out of the 3 I bought: Micro Niche Finder. It's easy to use, and it allows you to find some killer terms to promote with. You can also find blog posts, affiliate products, and related terms based on every term it finds for you, all wtih the click of a button. Best of all, it neatly stores all of your search results for later. If you're willing to shell out some cash to save time on your research, do it with Micro Niche Finder.

PPC Advertising Learning Material

As I mentioned in the advertising section, I have purchased 19 Adwords ebooks & courses. After buying all of them, there are two that I highly recommend:

1) Beating Adwords - If you're just getting started with Adwords, this is a great guide for you. That said, don't buy it if you're already comfortable with the basics, because that's what it's geared toward.

2) Adwords Miracle - This is a guide that discusses a few cool techniques, and some more advanced ad copywriting methods. In it, Chris provides sound advice for finding the best programs to promote, and how to go about it. While it's not necessary, and I believe in taking action to learn, I feel like it's different since it's easy to burn through money with PPC if you don't know what you're doing.

Conclusion

Well, that's all of my favorite affiliate marketing resources. There are plenty of great tools & blogs I will add to this section over time, but feel free to send me an email if there's anything you're curious about.

Affiliate Program Policy

The "Anti-Wrinkle Handbook" has a standard Affiliate Agreement, and I expect that you will abide by and understand the following 5 simple guidelines when promoting my products:

1) You will NOT spam anyone, in any way! (Email, social bookmarking, etc.) I have a zero-tolerance policy for Spam, and if you are using unethical means to receive commissions, I have the authority to report you to ClickBank (by ID), and they can revoke your commissions and even ban you from their network forever.

(Sorry, I don't like being like this, but I want my customers to take my product seriously, and it only takes one spammer to ruin a site's reputation. Not to mention the fact that it's 100x harder to profit by spamming nowadays than it is to just follow the advice above and build a consistent residual income stream for yourself...)

2) You must be at least 18 years old, and have an active ClickBank account to promote my products.

3) You will NOT promote my products through any prohibited websites. (i.e. Any websites that promote sexually explicit material, violence, Warez or pirated material, or sites that discriminate based on race, gender, religion, national origin or physical disabilities.

4) If a customer requests a refund, your commission will be removed. This is all handled by ClickBank, and is standard affiliate network policy. Keep in mind, though, that ClickBank automatically witholds about 10% of your commissions to cover future refunds, then releases the witheld amounts after 6 pay periods if no refunds occur.

5) Lastly: have fun, and focus on the customer! This is KEY to success in Affiliate Marketing, and while it may sound cliche, it works. I want to see you succeed, and if you follow these 5 rules and the use the tools & tips I provided above, you WILL make money! And best of all, you'll be legitimately earning commissions on auto-pilot, with no worries or guilt. Ahhh...now that's a good feeling!
